Alright, I know it's been awhile since a new post has been up but there's a very good reason for that. Big Pencil Designs is on a mission to update a few things in it's fashion catergory so we're currently jus focusing on that and only that. We want to deliver the best for the best...you. What up people!!! Lately, I've been doing alot of drawing. Not just t-shirts but commissions, tattoo designs along with just some regular sketch work. So that being said I've made a decision to revamp BIG PENCIL DESIGNS and incorporate these other design elements into the business. Now t-shirts will be just one of the many things done. So bring your ideas and we'll sit down, design and put them towards anything you want to do. So leave me a post if you're interested (pricing, etc.) and I'll get back to you. So I hope this revamp takes Big Pencil Designs to another level and you stick around for the ride. Peace.

New segment

Alright there's a new segment on the blog called Rodrick's Old School Corner. Rodrick is my nephew and the boy has got his old school on point. This is just something fun to give you a song daily that you should look into. Music and fashion go hand and hand and is what help's me design. So when Rodrick started this daily old school I thought it would be cool to use it over here. Gotta give gredit where it's due. Fashion Massacre afterthoughts

Alright i know it's been a week since it happened but The Fashion Massacre is still new in my mind. To sum it up in one word: Dope! The designers did their respective things but a few really stood out. My boy Philly Freshman and Freshman Clothing represented with the new line Fresher, I'm looking forward to seeing what else they come up with. It's official

It's official! Big Pencil will be at the Fashion Massacre! Got tickets at the last minute but we got them. What?!?!?!?!

One week without the internet and I dang near lost my mind. Well, I'm back let the celebration begin. First thing first, check out the R U listening block and old school blocks ( Ladies spotlight had to be done) Next up is the update for the t-shirts...had to find a printer worth the my money and time. (Some people want to change stuff from the way you had it. uh...no!)Found a good company for shirts, so be on the lookout for those real soon. Still got mad designs for the hand drawn joints I'll post some pics soon. I'll be rocking one at the Fashion Massacre in Detroit. That's it for now, let me get some things in order for the company. Sunday's Best

So I've decided that on Sunday I want to along with giving respect to the Most High, I want show a little bit of my background in music. Now I can draw, but one of my many talents is also singing, so i can appreciate all forms of music but my one of my favorites is Gospel. With the new generation of Gospel artist out there I can really see how things are changing for the better for today's newcomers. So on Sunday I plan to have a new corner just for Christian music. (Can't be a heathen all the time sheesh!!!) First up is 21:03 a group from Detroit, MI representing that new sound. If ya notice one of the guys is the host of BET's 106th and Park's Gospel show on Sunday. Hope you enjoy. Peace.

Just an update

Just trying to keep regular updates going. Major things are in the works for the clothing line, just PLEASE be patient with me. I want this to be done right and not rushed just to get something out there. Too many clothing lines start and fail due to trying to do too much too soon. So it's coming soon.
